Watching my friends struggle with mental health and me, myself also go through some tough times I knew I had to do something. The younger generations are consumed by social media and 'looking good' and unfortunately its turning our generation into anxiety ridden depressed and angry kids! I'm a stand that this generation transforms how we look at mental health and self care!
